CUCC 2025 – DAY 2 AFTERNOON: COLLECTIVE DEFENCE AND NATIONAL RESILIENCE

The second day of the Conference continues with unclassified sessions on NATO’s Collective Defence posture, and the role of CIMIC in reinforcing national resilience.

Maj Burak SUNAL (JFCNP J9), LtCol Enrico MOMENTÈ (MNCG), and other key speakers illustrated operational frameworks that bridge military needs and civil preparedness.

The importance of CIMIC in Article 5 environments and in supporting host nations during crises was emphasized as a key capability for the Alliance.
