TOWARDS THE CIMIC TRAINING HUB 01/25 – INTEROPERABILITY IN ACTION

Motta di Livenza, 28 June 2025 – Everything is set at “Mario Fiore” Barracks to host the first edition of the CIMIC Training Hub 01/25, a pilot event developed and promoted by the Multinational CIMIC Group to strengthen the training and cohesion of the Alliance’s CIMIC assets.

From 1 to 4 July, twenty-seven military personnel from fourteen NATO nations will gather to exchange experiences and operational knowledge, with the goal of enhancing their interoperability and readiness within the framework of the NATO Force Model.

Thanks to the valuable contribution of instructors and Subject Matter Experts from JFC Naples, JFC Brunssum, LANDCOM, MNC NE, MND SE, Representatives from the Lithuanian Joint Headquarters and the Romanian Land Forces Command, this event will offer a unique opportunity to deepen understanding of the latest NATO CIMIC standards.

“The Training Hub was created with the aim of providing CIMIC operators with operational and doctrinal tools fully aligned with the Alliance’s new approach — with deterrence and collective defence at its core,” as reported by the organizers. “We hope this first step paves the way for even more advanced and integrated CIMIC training.”

With this initiative, the Multinational CIMIC Group is ready to open a new chapter in the development of CIMIC training, facing the future challenges of the NATO Force Model and the growing complexity of operational environments with determination.
